Calcium is an essential element for the configuration of plastic material in plant tissues. As a consequence, an adequate level of Calcium from the beginning of thickening and until maturation results in fruits of good size.

CA-FRUIT is a biotechnological formulation made up of a new molecule that acts in two ways: achieving rapid assimilation and increasing the osmotic potential that optimises the lignification of the skin of the fruit.

CA-FRUIT is a special nutritional corrector based on improved and more powerful calcium, developed to control deficiencies due to lack or imbalance in assimilation, as well as to avoid physiopathologies derived from the lack of this element. It also foresees the appearance of premature aging of the fruit and increases the resistance of the physical damage caused in the harvest. CA-FRUIT is essential for the development of roots, branches, buds and any organ in development. It has direct action in the increase of the firmness of the fruit, increasing the life and post harvest quality of the same.

  • Calcium oxide (CaO) soluble in water         18,7% w/v       13% w/w

Application

CA-FRUIT can be applied both by foliar and radicular routes. Calcium is a little mobile element in the plant, so its deficiency is evident in the growing areas: terminal meristems, young leaves and fruits; Therefore, applications must be made in the period in which the crop is in the development phase forming new organs and tissues.

Applied via the root during the thickening phase, it facilitates cell division in the plastic material of the fruit and consequently fattening.

Doses

Foliar application:

  • In prevention of calcium deficiencies, apply0,2-0,3% (200 to 300 c.c./Hl.).
  • In case of severe deficiencies, it can be raised up to  0,5% (500 c.c./Hl.) and repeat twice a week.

Radicular application:

  • Apply 15 to 30 L. / ha. and application, making a minimum of two applications per month in the crop cycle.
