MADUR FRUIT RADICULAR is a Biotechnology-based product developed with the aim of creating optimal biological conditions in the crop so that the ripening process takes place in the shortest possible time.
Ripening is the physiological process by which the fruits take on the appropriate external coloring and optimal organoleptic characteristics, specifically the concentration of free acids and total soluble solids (ºBrix) in the juice.
MADUR FRUIT RADICULAR activates the genes responsible for the transformations that take place during ripening:
- Chlorophyll degradation and appearance of yellow pigments called carotenes; and red, called anthocyanins.
- Degradation of the pectin that forms the structure.
- Transformation of starch into sugars and decrease in acidity, as well as loss of astringency.
Composition
- Nitrogen (N) Total: 2.4% w/v 2% w/w
- Pentioxide of Phosphorous (P2O5) soluble in water: 10.8% w/v 9% w/w
- Oxide of Potassium (K2O) soluble in water: 10.8% w/v 9% w/w
