The amendments contained in the Annex to Royal Decree 506/2013, Group 4, Other fertilizers and special products, determines the minimum levels of riches that must contain the marketed products based on algae and the expression on nomenclature to be used.
The minimum requirements are:
– Alginic acid: 1.5% w / w
– Mannitol: 0.5% w / w
– And the type of authorized alga is Ascophillum nodossum.
