En concreto los tomates manejados con la biotecnolog\u00eda <strong>EDYPRO<\/strong> son <strong>calificados con un 4,88 \u201cjugosidad intensa\u201d frente a los no tratados con un 3,88 \u201cjugosidad moderada\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El informe ha valorado tambi\u00e9n <strong>otros aspectos organol\u00e9pticos del cultivo<\/strong> como son el color, la firmeza, los defectos, la intensidad del aroma, la intensidad de sabor, el sabor extra\u00f1o, la firmeza en boca, la persistencia de la piel en boca o la harinosidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y concluye que, en cuanto a<strong> intensidad de aroma, firmeza de los frutos, tanto de la piel como del pericarpo, ni tampoco en el aroma o sabor extra\u00f1o de los frutos <\/strong>las diferencias son menos significativas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los consumidores destacan su sabor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una segunda fase del an\u00e1lisis, Tecnova realiz\u00f3 un <strong>estudio de preferencia o aceptabilidad <\/strong>que destaca c\u00f3mo <strong>los consumidores destacan el sabor<\/strong> que consigue una puntuaci\u00f3n de 5,43 en los frutos tratados frente al 4,25 del cultivo manejado sin la biotecnolog\u00eda de <strong>EDYPRO<\/strong> en una escala de 1 a 7.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, ambas muestras de Cherry se sit\u00faan en la zona media-alta y gustan a los consumidores.
