PROBLEM<\/strong><\/p>\n

In intensive crops, the result depends on the correct nutritional balance and water frequency, according to the needs of the crop.<\/p>\n

In the following images we can see a cucumber crop in the autumn cycle, where potash and irrigation inputs were being abused to stop and correct the malformation of the fruits known as “sword point”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The potash excess was blocking calcium and reducing the osmotic potential of the plant (ability to pump raw sap from the root system).<\/p>\n

At the same time, the excessive water frequency had ended up decomposing the absorbent hairs of the roots, and had left the plant without the ability to hydrate and feed itself.<\/p>\n
