PROBLEM<\/strong><\/p>\n

On this farm called La Funa there was previously an orange plantation. The farmer uprooted the old trees and planted new trees of the Chislett Summer Navel orange variety.<\/strong><\/p>\n

However, the land continued to suffer from a nematode infestation<\/strong>. These tiny animals do not usually present a problem, as they feed on fungi, bacteria and other organisms, but sometimes a group of them do pose a threat to the plantations as they feed on the roots of the crops.<\/p>\n

In the photographs we can see the situation on 22 July in which the repercussions of the nematodes on the trees<\/strong> can be seen;<\/p>\n
